The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Device Reliability Testing Engineer to drive reliability qualification, failure analysis, and accelerated life testing for our integrated graphene photonics products....

• Design and execute wafer-level device and packaging reliability test plans for graphene-based electro-optic and photonic devices...
• Characterize and monitor key performance metrics, including extinction ratio, insertion loss, bandwidth retention, energy efficiency, dark current stability, responsivity degradation, and NEP drift over device lifetime...
• Lead high-speed RF and optoelectronic characterization using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA), establish system-level test configurations, and develop compact model validation procedures...
• Conduct advanced failure analysis using Raman spectroscopy, AFM, SEM/TEM, and opto-electrical probing, and investigate graphene-specific failure modes...
• Drive structured root cause investigations using FMEA/8D methodologies and feed findings back to Design and Process teams...

Your Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or Photonics Engineering...
• Specialized experience spanning research, development, and volume manufacturing in semiconductor device physics, optoelectronics, or reliability engineering...
• Hands-on experience in photonic device characterization and reliability testing...
• Experience with high-speed RF testing (>40 GHz) and VNA-based S-parameter measurements...
