About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer - Dry Etch (f/m/d) to join our semiconductor fab team.

• Develop, qualify, and sustain dry etch processes for assigned process modules, supporting both new layer bring-up and ongoing production needs.
• Execute and support process qualification activities in close collaboration with Equipment Engineering and Integration teams.
• Define and optimize etch process windows, focusing on critical metrics such as CD control, profile, selectivity, uniformity, and defectivity.
• Collaborate with the BLK Integration team to support future applications and process modules aligned with our long-term technology roadmap.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process excursions, yield issues, and integration challenges.
• Develop and implement robust process control methodologies, including SPC, DOE-based optimization, and process monitoring strategies.
• Mentor technical engineering team members and support the development of less-experienced engineers on dry etch processes and best practices.
