The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Facility Engineer – CMP, Cleaning, Plating (f/m/d) to support and lead the buildout of our Black FabONE semiconductor fabrication facility. This role focuses on the ownership of slurry and chemical delivery systems, tool installation, and facility integration across our CMP/Cleaning/Plating areas, and will play a key part in bringing up our cleanroom production.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with slurry/chemical supply systems in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Proven experience with tool installation, initial fab startups, or cleanroom expansions
  • Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience of facility preparation and monitoring techniques
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with attention to process and equipment stability
  • Familiarity with infrastructure requirements such as chemical delivery, drain systems, and ventilation/safety systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
