QA Engineer (Middle)

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Middle QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality across multiple components, working closely with developers and product teams. You will contribute to testing processes, execute test scenarios, and help improve quality practices within the team. This role is a good fit for someone with solid hands-on QA experience who is ready to take ownership of their work and grow further. Experience with GIS, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or embedded systems will be a plus, but is not required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software testing
• Validate complex interactions between frontend, backend, and external services
• Experience with web or embedded systems testing
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the product team, contributing to maintaining product quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Take ownership of end-to-end testing for assigned features or tasks
• Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
• Prepare test reports and share results with the team
• Participate in identifying potential risks and issues with guidance from the team
• Contribute to improving testing processes and practices together with the team
• Support the team in delivering tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python)
• Experience working with Linux
• Experience with GIS / Computer Vision / Machine Learning / embedded systems
