Farsight Vision converts flight footage into digital 2D and 3D twins for real-time intelligence in GNSS-denied environment, making analytics and situational awareness convenient and accessible while saving time and effort. We create multi-layered digital twins of terrain with dynamic tracking and object/landscape monitoring and predicting.

As a Head of Finance, you will play a key strategic role in shaping the financial direction of Farsight Vision. You will be responsible for building and leading the finance function from the ground up, ensuring financial transparency, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Working closely with the COO and shareholders, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, investor reporting, financial compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior finance role.
• Experience in tech startups or fast-growing companies.
• Strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with fundraising, investor reporting, and financial modeling.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS or local GAAP).
• Experience managing audits and tax processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
• Hands-on approach and ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with financial tools and ERP systems is a plus.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA is a strong advantage).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s global financial strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Manage cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and international tax optimization strategies.
• Oversee relationships with external accountants, auditors, and legal advisors in Estonia and Ukraine.
• Design and implement strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks.
• Manage cash flow across international entities and banking systems.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports for C-level management and investors.
• Support fundraising activities, including financial modeling, investor due diligence, and data room preparation.
• Assess financial risks related to international expansion and propose mitigation strategies.
• Build and scale the finance team as the company grows globally.
