Project Manager (for VR / Android teams)

Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate the VR and Android teams in a military tech product. A hands-on PM who is ready to work closely with the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in software teams
• Experience working with mobile or technical teams
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ownership mindset
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
• Experience with Jira / Confluence

Responsibilities

• Coordinate VR / Android teams
• Track task statuses and deadlines
• Organize syncs and follow-ups
• Work with Jira / backlog
• Control dependencies and blockers
• Communication between dev / QA / product / delivery
• Assist in task decomposition
• Ensure task relevance and acceptance criteria
• Escalate risks in advance

Would be a Plus

• Android / mobile domain experience
• VR / Unity experience
• Gaming / military tech / startup experience
• Technical understanding of SDLC
• Experience with hardware-related products
