Orbem uses AI to industrialize MRI, delivering non-invasive insight into biological matter. We are hiring a Principal of Poultry Innovations to lead and build applications in the field of aviculture.

Your Role

Lead and build innovative poultry-focused applications.
Collaborate with industry experts to identify impact and value of forthcoming technologies.
Establish and strengthen collaborations, including customer relationships, to enable value creation.

Your Day-to-Day

Form strategic partnerships with industry and research institutions to leverage expertise.
Conduct strategic assessments of opportunities with high impact.
Represent Orbem in publications, fairs, and conferences.
Lead efforts in bringing new poultry applications to market.

Your Experience and Skills

7+ years of experience in the poultry industry or related sectors.
Understanding of avian biology and life cycle; knowledge of new applications development and standard operational workflows.
Strong data science skills to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
Fluent in English; leadership and mentorship capabilities; strong communication skills.
Licensed to drive (Class B) and analytical, structured, persistent mindset.
Desirable: German language skills, entrepreneurial experience, experience with customers in food, agriculture, or biology.

Compensation

Compensation Range: €120K - €135K, plus equity; location mentions Munich, Germany; also presence in Houston, USA.
