Main Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer acquisition performance within your assigned channel or product scope — from planning through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Own end-to-end execution of user acquisition campaigns across paid media, paid partnerships, and other relevant marketing channels, including budget management, performance optimization, and measurement.
- Develop and execute strategies for high-impact campaigns across paid social and VOD channels, with a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
- Identify, propose, and test new strategies and tactics to improve channel performance — providing data-backed recommendations and executing quickly.
- Drive demand generation initiatives that contribute to category presence and unlock meaningful growth opportunities for your product area.
- Manage and coach a team of specialists, providing direction, support, and accountability on daily execution and campaign quality.
- Guide and support the team in running media campaigns across search, social, display, premium publisher sites, review websites, and more.
- Collaborate with the Sales organization to support pipeline generation and sales enablement efforts.
- Lead focused projects that test new marketing and creative approaches, and translate learnings into scalable plays.
- Collaborate with Web Content Managers, UX designers, and conversion copywriters to deliver high-performing ads, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Core Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, with a solid understanding of retention mechanics and customer LTV.
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to manage a team while staying close to execution.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
- Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Hands-on expertise in at least one core channel: Paid Media, SEO, or Affiliate/Partnerships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
