At Nord Security, we’re creating a safer cyber future. We help people and businesses take back control of their online security, privacy, and data. From VPNs to password managers, threat intelligence to eSIMs for travel—our teams turn complex problems into solutions trusted by millions worldwide.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation, from planning and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Manage the implementation partner and internal workstreams, keeping deliverables, dependencies, and timelines on track.
- Work closely with business stakeholders across different teams to gather requirements, align on design decisions, and secure buy-in throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and map current-state business processes and partner with functional leads to design future-state workflows that leverage Workday's capabilities.
- Drive change management and enablement: support training, communications, and adoption activities so teams are ready to operate in the new system on day one.
- Manage project governance: run steering committees, manage scope and timeline, surface risks and issues early, and make sure decisions are documented and communicated.
- Coordinate data migration, integrations, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT, parallel testing) in partnership with technical teams and vendors.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, with at least one full-cycle ERP or large enterprise system implementation under your belt (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar are also considered).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, from end users to executive sponsors, and to navigate competing priorities across functions.
- Experience managing external implementation partners and vendors, including holding them accountable to scope, timeline, and quality.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills – able to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and facilitate future-state design workshops.
- Understanding of change management principles and experience supporting training and adoption efforts.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and a hands-on, self-driven attitude – comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
