Head of Product (m/f/d)

INLEAP Photonics is hiring a Head of Product to lead strategic and operational development of our products, translating technological innovations into marketable products and managing the product life cycle.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® and INLEAP® FASTLIGHT® SHIELD®
• Translate customer requirements and market feedback into clear product requirements
• Prioritise features, releases and development resources
• Manage the product development process from MVP to series production
• Collaborate with optics, software, electronics and mechanics teams
• Establish scalable product management processes

Your qualifications and skills

• Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, computer science or similar
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in deep tech defence, industrial or B2B hardware
• Experience translating complex technologies into marketable products
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, structured approach, high initiative
