Role Overview

Aerones is a global leader in robotic wind turbine maintenance. We are growing fast and need a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across all departments—from engineering and operations to commercial and corporate functions within Latvia and US operations.

What You Will Do

• Own the full hiring cycle from brief to offer, spanning multiple countries and business functions.
• Keep talent pipelines warm and well-stocked to avoid starting from scratch when a role opens.
• Actively hunt for great people through LinkedIn, communities, events, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand each team’s reality: what they’re building, who they need, market conditions, and closing requirements.
• Move the process forward, align stakeholders, and provide a clear, timely candidate experience.
• Grow presence in talent communities—universities, professional networks, and niche industry circles across key markets.
• Promote Aerones as a destination employer through events, online channels, and every candidate touchpoint.
• Use data to understand performance (time-to-fill, pipeline quality, source effectiveness) and act on findings.
• Contribute to HR initiatives beyond recruiting (onboarding, engagement, culture-building).
• Collaborate with HR to support the broader people agenda as the company grows.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, internationally operating company.
• History of hiring across borders—multiple countries and functions.
• Strong professional network you can activate, not just a high number of connections.
• Proactive, self-directed, relationship-focused approach.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and push for progress when fast decisions are required.
• Experience finding passive candidates and engaging them with what Aerones is building.
• Knowledge of talent market trends and proactive planning.
• Ability to juggle competing priorities; remain composed as priorities shift.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
