Role overview

We’re seeking someone who turns data, problems, hopes, and wishes into solutions—and ships them. You’ll own the product thinking behind Kelluu’s internal AI tools: identifying real problems, prototyping fast, and moving ideas from vibecode to production.

What you’ll own

• Own the product lifecycle of internal AI tools from discovery to production
• Identify pain points and opportunities across the organization
• Translate business goals into clear agent specs and priorities
• Run a tight daily loop: spec → build → test → iterate
• Design for scalability and production-readiness
• Communicate what’s possible and upcoming in AI to the organization

Success metrics

• 3 months: first internal AI tools shipped to production; daily build loop established
• 6 months: multiple departments using AI tools; replaced off-the-shelf SaaS with purpose-built solutions
• 12 months: internal AI tooling becomes a genuine competitive advantage

What we’re looking for

• Product thinker who can prototype fast and own the process across the organization
• Understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and workflows
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Security-conscious with focus on production-grade tools

Nice to have

• Experience in scaling startups with fast-changing priorities
• On-prem knowledge and experience

• Salary: 5000-6000 €/month
