Role and Responsibilities
- Lab-to-Fab Industrialization: Own the project lifecycle for transforming research into robust, scalable, and highly reliable commercial tool modules.
- Cross-Disciplinary Orchestration: Bridge the gap between quantum physicists and mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.
- Algorithm Integration: Manage the software workstreams responsible for scaling our AI-driven mask design algorithms.
- Agile Startup Execution: Build and maintain flexible project timelines and dynamically manage resources to meet milestones.
- Partner Liaison: Interface with external partners and early-adopter foundries to align milestones and dependencies.
Education and Experience
- Master’s or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or related deep-tech discipline.
- 5+ years of project leadership in high-tech R&D, aerospace, or semiconductor environments.
- Proven track record of taking complex hardware or software from concept to pilot production.
- Familiarity with product development, requirements engineering, risk management and related methodologies.
- Exposure to ultra-high vacuum systems, particle/atom optics, or lithographic masking techniques is preferred.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is highly valued.

Work Environment
