Your tasks

• You want to learn how innovative technologies become real customer projects? At fibionic, you will work directly with experienced founders, gain deep insights into high-tech business development, and gradually take on responsibility from day one.
• Analyse markets, industries, and potential application areas
• Support the acquisition of new customer projects
• Research and approach potential customers and strategic partners
• Help build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Support proposal preparation, presentations and project definition
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams
• Contribute to the development of our go-to-market strategy

Your profile

• Technical or business education (University or equivalent)
• Strong interest in technology, innovation, and sales
• Initial practical experience or strong motivation to learn
• Structured and proactive way of working
• Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with people
• High level of motivation and willingness to take ownership
• Excellent German and English skills
