Technical Sales Senior & Business Development Expert (m/w/d)

Your tasks

You will take ownership of market expansion, identify strategic opportunities, and drive customer projects from initial contact to successful completion. Working directly with the founders, you will actively shape the company’s growth and strategic direction.

• Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities
• Independently acquire and manage customer projects
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Position fibionic technology as a key innovation within relevant industries
• Lead proposal preparation, negotiations, and project structuring
• Act as the interface between customers, engineering, and management
• Contribute actively to the strategic development of the company

Your profile

Degree in engineering, business or comparable field
Several years of experience in technical sales or business development
Proven track record in acquiring and developing customer relationships
Strong ability to communicate complex technologies effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Confident presence and negotiation skills at decision-maker level
Excellent German and English skills
