Office Assistant

We are looking for a hands-on Office Assistant to manage day-to-day office, logistics, and administrative processes. This role will act as the central point of contact for operational matters, ensuring smooth execution across office management, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Based in the Eindhoven area
• Education: minimum HAVO
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• 2+ years of experience in operations, office management, or administrative roles, preferably in a high technology environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize independently
• Basic understanding of finance and administrative processes
• Comfortable working with vendors, tools, and internal stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Key responsibilities:

• Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including courier services and customs documentation
• Organize business travel, accommodation, and company offsites
• Coordinate facility management
• Support invoice processing and finance workflows, including tracking, approvals, and follow-ups
• Support logistics, room bookings, and internal scheduling
• Act as the first point of contact for employee operational requests

Nice to have:

• Experience with invoice and expense management tools
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
